I caught this scene the night before I left the country: THE FLEETING MOMENTS OF CHILDHOOD … a time when she is discovering the world and asserting her independence, secure in the knowledge that the safety and love of her parents will protect her from harm.
I love it that my son and daughter-in-law join in the play during these fleeting moments; I think they know that she will not be a toddler for much longer.

Oh, this is so precious! Thanks for sharing these fleeting moments
Thank you. They ARE fleeting, aren’t they? I am thankful for the gift of photography to preserve these moments.
You’ve photographed love. It’s a gift you have.

Just a priceless happy fleeting moment filled with love and hope. You have a wonderful family with a generous heart and warm smiles. Yes, toddler time is fleeting. My son had a similar photo where he went into a huge box the night before we had a garage sale. He pretended that it was a house.
